The Peeled variety is made from selected fresh mature ginger roots with thorough washing and peeling before uniform slicing, featuring concentrated natural gingerol and warm spicy aroma locked by low-temperature hot-air dehydration, paired with a crisp dry texture and pale yellow clean appearance. The Unpeeled type uses seasonal fresh ginger retaining natural skin processed through the same gentle dehydration workflow, it delivers richer earthy ginger note and well-balanced spiciness with mellow aftertaste without bitter off-flavor. Made from premium fresh ginger with no artificial preservatives, sulfur additives or foreign impurities, both versions preserve the original spicy flavor and nutritional components of raw ginger.
