1. Raw material access control
We implement a system where every batch of raw materials must be inspected. All raw materials must pass strict tests including sensory, physical and chemical, and safety indicators (such as pesticide residues and heavy metals) and be qualified before being allowed to be stored in the warehouse, ensuring the basic quality and safety from the source
2. Production process monitoring
During the production process, we implement dynamic quality monitoring:
Critical Control Point (CCP) monitoring: Set up critical control points in the core production links for real-time monitoring and recording to ensure that the process flow is standardized and error-free
Hygiene condition monitoring: Regularly conduct microbial application tests on the surfaces of production equipment and other food contact surfaces to verify the cleaning and disinfection effects and strictly prevent the risk of microbial contamination
3. Full inspection of finished products before leaving the factory
Each batch of finished products must undergo 100% sensory, physical and chemical, and microbiological tests before leaving the factory to ensure that the products reaching the customers fully meet the standards
4. Batch retention and traceability of samples
Standardized sample retention is carried out for each batch of products and kept until the end of the shelf life of that batch of products. This not only facilitates quality traceability, but also reflects our confidence in product quality and our commitment to responsibility
